As facilitators of change, we understand the complexity of roles, relationships, and connections that can impact on successful outcomes. Working in small teams we’ll get close to your staff, engage hearts and minds, and transfer the skills they’ll need to sustain lasting change long after we leave.

As part of our partnership ‘in it together’ approach we’ll agree on clear objectives, a finite timescale, and cost before we begin any project.

We work collaboratively with our clients and do not impose solutions. We will work hard to understand your organization, the challenges it faces and its agenda for change before formulating creative solutions and implementation plans in partnership with you. We recognize that change challenges the status quo and requires sensitivity and understanding to achieve support from all involved. Because we’ve lived through change processes ourselves, we have a great affinity with what your people are going through. Integrity is an essential part of what we do and we always observe appropriate confidentiality of client information.

As an Investors in People accredited company, you can be assured we take quality standards seriously.

We don’t just pay lip service to our quality certificates – we practice what we preach and regularly monitor our processes and teams to ensure our clients continue to benefit from well trained and highly skilled people. What’s more, we appoint an independent Quality Director for every project we undertake. Responsible for reviewing our work with you, it’s one of the many ways we strive to continually improve and maintain our quality offering. Finally, to give you complete peace of mind, we hold £5 million public liability insurance as well as £2 million professional indemnities and £2 million employer’s liability cover. We continue to strive for excellence in everything we do – from the way we implement and deliver our services to how we lead, manage and develop our people. All of which assures good practice and a quality approval process that’s the cornerstone of our values.

 

Environmental

We’re not a big business with a huge carbon footprint but we take energy use seriously and monitor legislative changes and initiatives to ensure early compliance with government environmental directives. Wherever possible we endeavor to travel to client sites via public transport and make use of email and conference calls to reduce the environmental impact of everything we do. Our office, based in Long Hanborough near Oxford, is within walking distance of the railway station and our policy is that office-based staff should be local. We recycle whatever we can and have policies in place to reduce the generation of paper.

 

Confidentiality

At Link & Service, we’re committed to keeping our client information confidential. We won’t reveal sensitive information and limit information accessible only to those that need it. As you’d expect, we’re experienced at working under confidentiality clauses and non-disclosure agreements. Our security standards are exemplary. We encrypt all customer information, regularly change passwords and are happy to adopt any data security process requested by our customers. Some clients are keen to obtain publicity for the improvements they have made. In such cases, we only ever release information into the public domain with their prior written agreement. As you review our case studies keep in mind we may have worked with clients who have experienced issues similar to you. While reluctant to make their details public, we may be able to connect you directly to share their learning.
